My journey into Nutritional Therapy began with my own health struggles. I discovered that by returning to whole foods and supporting the body's foundational systems, we can address the root causes of illness rather than just chasing symptoms.

I work with clients to create personalized, gentle plans that fit their lives, focusing on sustainable changes that last a lifetime.
